    Use as a second phone

    I use this phone to supplement my Samsung S5 active. It is rugged and easy to use. While it doesn't have the S5's features it proves to be a great phone for the 95% of the time when I just need a phone. For the other 5% I just switch out the sim and SD card and presto, back to smart phone use. This is a great basic phone but if your one of those dorks who lives with their face glued to a 3X5 screen then this phone isn't for you.

    Not a good upgrade

    I got this phone as an upgrade to my Rugby III phone (which I liked really well), however seems this phone was more of a downgrade than an upgrade in features and functionality. The only improvement was that this phone works on the LTE network where as the Rugby III did not (which was the reason for my switch). Samsung took what was a great phone and when upgrading to the next model they took all the features that made the phone good and changed it to something worse. A very poor upgrade on Samsung's part.

    Used Phone..........Used qualities

    Purchased 2 alike phones. They did show quite a bit of wear & would call their appearance "good" at best. The phones both have a great battery. 1 of the phones volume is not as loud as the other with both at full volume. All other functions work well. Use the phones for text & call only no internet. Have never purchased a used cell phone before but I would purchase a used one again

    It's OK

    I read other reviews on bad sound quality. Not this one, clear sound, clear voice. My complaint is the menu. My Rugby II was much easier to navigate. I also use a tablet with internet, much easier to use. Overall, not a bad phone.

    sturdy basic phone

    Needed for my husband who only uses for calls and only wants a flip phone. No internet use, no texting, no photos, etc. Not very user friendly, took forever to find how to change the ring tone. Not under setting as you would expect, but under profile. Several other options are the same way. Under areas which are not like other phones. As a sturdy flip phone for calls and long battery life, this fits the bill.
